**Important Notice – Extra Dirty & Pet Hair Fee**

To ensure the highest quality service, we kindly ask customers to rate their vehicle’s dirt level on a scale of 1 to 5 when booking.

• If your vehicle is a 4 or 5, please select the Extra Dirty Fee to allow for the additional hour needed to complete the service.
• If excessive pet hair is present, please select the Pet Hair Removal Fee to ensure a thorough cleaning.

If these options are not selected at booking but are required upon inspection, the fee will be added before service begins. This helps us provide the best results while keeping your vehicle spotless!
